I'm thinking of selling some ebooks on a couple websites. I have a website with about 5,000 unique visitors (freelance consulting) and I'm thinking of acquiring some more websites on other topics. I'm toying with the idea of experimenting with selling ebooks on the sites, but I'm not quite sure how to do it. I'm not sure I want to commit to the minimum payout requirements on click bank (5 separate customers) because It'll be a very low volume activity. Also I'm not sure if I want to commit to it on every site I ever buy. On the other hand I don't have any ebooks I own resell rights to either. Does anybody have any suggestions for me?
Well there are a number of things you can do first you can buy an eBook package with resell rights and then resell them to your customers here is and example of one http://marketing.wizit.co.nz/. Also I have a number of eBooks on my website you can download for free 99% of them have resell rights here is the link http://www.wizit.co.nz/cms/FreeStuff.aspx
You might consider hiring someone to write an ebook for you. Just providing an option that you may want to consider
I can possibly give you an eBook for free if you don't change links, pics, or any of the content in it.
Why do you want to sell ebook since you have that traffic?I think maybe you can try to support banner ads or text ads to some companys and this will also be beneficial to you. What do you think about this?
i have a lot of fresh current ebooks with plr and mrr. I will consider a joint venture with you and change the books frequently. pm if you are interested.
No, it's a small tweek to a low traffic site. I'm not looking for something that will take much of my time, like a joint venture. Thank you for the offer though.
Steve, Advertising is low margin, so even with the traffic I stated, I'm making about $3 on the site per month. Given the traffic I get $3 a month is reasonable. If I add an e-book and do really well, I might get that to like $13 a month. I'm guessing you've been reading sales pages about how to make money online. Normally the sites are target to people with unrealistic expectations and imply you can get rich by doing what is said in a $19 ebook. If I had an e-book with directions on how to do that, I'd hire someone to make me rich instead! Hey, I'd hire a whole bunch. People simply don't get rich online like the sales pages tell you. What are the barriers to entry that your getting past, that the people before you haven't?
