i have a unverified usa paypal account. all i really need to do is be able to send money to other paypal accounts. will a vcc lift these limts? will i still be unverified after i add a vcc? what will be my sending and withdraw limits after i add a vcc? and what about this new mdcc a member is selling now? im really sorry if im beating a dead horse but most the info im finding is for india or other countries and i know paypal rules vary from country to country. is there anyone that knows this **** good that isnt a scammer that i can pm so i dont have to start a retarded thread?
you can add vcc to verified your paypal,.. after you add you can sent money over $100,... to verified or un-verified paypal user,.. thanks
a US paypal account will not get verified with a VCC.. but you'll be able to send money. I believe you can send up to $500 monthly or$2,000 not sure
Your best bet is to just get a Visa gift card from your local store. You can at least send payments. You won't be able to keep your PayPal verified with a VCC. Yugo,
ok so a vcc will not verify a USA paypal but what about the sending limit? still zereo?? wtf is the point of adding a vcc then?? im confused. some say yes, no, zero sending limit, 500-2500 sending limit. but will that new mdcc a member is offering will get you verrified?
for ur information. like VCC there is a VBA(virtual bank account) which is used for US,UK,canada and australian account. same like VCC htye have instant verification. PM me for more details.
