Ok so I have 2 open cases with paypal I need advice on. First I sold a item on ebay and shipped it the buyer got it and was happy left me a good feedback and a week or so later I see they took back the money and put it on hold and I talked with the buyer and he said paypal thought the purchase wasn't made by him or something and it was a big misunderstanding and he recommended I post a tracking number but I didn't get a tracking number...It shouldn't matter anyway he will vouch for me that he got it and he left me feedback saying he got it so I feel I got all the evidence I need, but here I am 2 weeks later my money is still on hold I'm affriad they are just gonna give him his money back and ill be screwed over by paypal the people I should have trust in... My second case I sold a game character account for $250 to a korean guy that apparently can read 3 diff langs (smart guy lol) he gave me the $250 through paypal with a french email that I believe was stolen, So I had the $250 for about 1 hour before paypal took back funds and put on hold. So I'm sure not what to do about this case ether cause I thought the guy was legit and it's still open after a few weeks with no change. Hi wait for 6 months & get ur fund withdrow to ur bank account PP is real cleaver & don't support sellers.they 6 month eat ur monies interest .
how the OP can withdraw the amount to the bank account?it not limted to OP call the paypal only about your 1st case and tell them i have proff of all where i sended the object and also ask the buyer to talk with paypal and confim that he got the object
Looks like the buyer is not saying the truth. He himself opened the case and then saying that its done by PP. And you should have got a tracking number via which you send the product to him. And if not then its your fault and you will lose your money. - Mr.President -
You have to be very careful with PP! They accepted a dispute from a client against my account after 14 months! There were 2 identical $1,200 transactions from the same person. I lost the first one and won the second one, which makes no sense since they were identical and documented the same way. Another small transaction was not disputed by my buyer who happened to be my friend and he showed me in his account that he DID not file a dispute, yet PP lied that he did. After arguing with them on the phone for over 40 minutes, they finally gave up and gave me the money back saying that "they are doing it out of their own pockets." Liars!
I tried to call them this morning I spent 2 hours on the phone and only got transferred to 4 different people each one said "Oh I need to transfer you to another place for that kind of help" after the 4th one I waited on hold for 20 mins then gave up lol
