Hey guys help me out in this plz. Facts (To make it all clear to all you guys, what's the truth) - My PayPal was created in PayPal India. - I used to write essay's for web sites. They told me "Easiest Way we can transfer you your money is via PayPal) - So i create a paypal account. - PayPal is not in my country. But i knew that with PayPal i can use my money any where in the world online or on Net. - So i created it on PayPal India. - They sent me the Money & my account has become "Limited", because i don't have any bank account in India. please help me ! i will provide you all the information you need from me. thank you -
Oh bhai Why didn't you verify your account through CC or VCC? Don't you have account in any bank? now a days even SBI is providing CC
- I do have CC & Bank account(but i'm not from India & i'm not Indian. i live in some other country) - And my Bank & CC not present in India. If i tell my country, this thread will get Fired up --
wow what were u doing in that time period u had enough time to spend that money online u need to add bank account and documents to lift limitation thats the only solution which is really doubtful as you are not an indian
lol but is ur country pakistan ?? coz most of pakistani users choose India as its not allowed there.. well you can doo anything much i guess.. maybe u can buy a vcc and add it.. what exactly is paypal asking from u

- I live in Pakistan & it wants Indian Address, so how the money will be withdrawn? - one more harsh truth, I have never used my Real name on Net before...so when i created this account i used name "Harris Kamran", which is not my real name ...after this PayPal incident i have started using my Real name on Net now .... i wanted that if i give someone (such as this Site's Moderator) All my account info, he then call PayPal & change the Account name to his & then Withdraw or Send the money to my Friend's PayPal account... ---
in the first place, is the money in that paypal worth all the trouble? the address proof is easy, the cc is even easier and the rest is super easy lol
yeahh...making a fake addr proof in ps is simple ...now pp wll not come to ur house for verification....make one with some kashmir addr.. but 1st tell..how much u gt in the a/c .now dont tell 5,10,15 $ ! LOL

This probably isn't the most "paypal legal" way to do it, But theres nothing actually against it; Ditch that account, create a new one, cut your losses short.
really i do feel sorry for you indian and pakistani people well get a vcc get an indian phone numer when your on msn sort your paypal account with your indian friend but do get a vcc they cost around $6 - $7 as when you enter phone they will ask to ring straight away or after two minutes am sure you can resolve this issue or ring sallui bhai am sure he will help lol >;0)
VCC now allow on paypal if you add VCC paypal automatically ban your paypal reasion : hi risk so add real CC
You can add VCC but how can you provide proof of address,identity proof etc So IMO you cant use the account .. even after 180 days you cant withdraw the money since you dont have a bank account by that fake name in India
