    Hey,

    I'm wanting to post in the buy forum but in the rules it says I cant for 14 days? is this right?

    I'm trying to buy a script which isnt available anymore.

    You have read correctly - you can't post for 14 days and you also need to have a positive reputation.
    You could PM the thread starter to see if their script is available elsewhere and engage in a private transaction (by email or PM).
