Was put adsense on a floating bar violates adsense tos?

    From past forum posts and answers from adsense, it seems yes that is definitively against. But I wouldn't be surprised if they don't enforce it as much as images above ads or labelling the ads.

    anyway if we put adsense in some footer bar like Facebook application chat that always in bottom whenever we scroll, is it againts tos too?

    It absolutely does violate their terms of service. Here is an excerpt of their policy page, where this particular practice is mentioned (emphasis is mine to point out the particular policy it violates):

    yes it is violation. but on other hand i have seen many websites which are doing like this, but i don't know what was happen with them on the time of payment

    Other sites may use it but they risk getting banned.

    Google isn;t going to check every single implementation of their ads so they'll only know if your clicks/CTR are dodgy or someone reports you.

    Depends if you want to take the risk
