If you are talking about men why do you have a picture on the top---should you not have a lean muscular guy at the top. And your articles seems to be off---they are not really informative.
What is it that you want people to know when they land on your blog--tell them in your headline and in your blog post

Good site, good images and solid content. Next logical step is getting your own domain name, which I think you should do ASAP as everything else seems to be in place.
