Looking for a reliable and reputed reseller hosting provider

I am in search for a reliable, trust worthy and flexible reseller hosting provider. I am sick with my current providers who are non-US, but having server there. Now I am not looking for very cheap offers, but something around USD 200 per year .

I have to host sites of some VIP clients. As usual I need to avoid downtimes at any cost. Would like to have clustered fail over hosting for this reason. I am only going with reputed hosting providers who are in the market for some time.
I request you to let me know your suggestion and thoughts. I hope many of you may have gone through these sort of tough decision making stages.

I am looking for reselling clustered linux hosting. It would be helpful if I get any script to put up my hosting company site. And currently i am not setting it as a registered, company. Mainly providing it to my clients for who we provide web development service and those in contacts. I am moving step by step.

You mentioned about VIP clients, I believe you can do a research before trying them out since you don't want the VIP clients to have bad impression on you if anything bad happens. They have knowledgable staff and prompt reply to emails, yes I have emailed them and they replied within few minutes

Their webhosting and VPS are clustered hosting, many big forums have hosted with them and have good comments about the speed.
