Who else wants a Ringtones Affiliate Landing page that sells?

Recently I created a ringtones affiliate site for an azoogle ads offer. I did a lot of research on finding what works in this field and applied all the lessons I've learnt in last 8+ years copywriting to create this landing page.

Basically what you are getting is a site that I had created for myself. However, I need some funds in my paypal to pay for something.

The site is at CellphoneClick.com and it can even make an excellent domain to start a cellphones related site, should you want to.

but shouldn't you tell people the site now violates Azoogle's TOS for ringtone offers?

 

Violating? I had gotten this landing page approved from my Azoogle Rep. Let me confirm with him if there have been any changes.

 

this has pissed off a lot of people that promote ringtones via Azoogle. per their website today:

08/25/2006 - URGENT: Mobile NEWS Anyone using search engines to promote ANY Ringtone Offer, be aware that effective TODAY EOD 12AM EST. All text ads shall not be allowed to include the words: free, zero cost, no charge, no fee and all synonyms. The only accepted promotions are 10 bonus tones, 10 complimentary tones. At 12AM EST today, tests of all main search engines with the keywords free ringtones, free wallpapers, free SMS, free tones, etc will be conducted. If you feel you can't edit the text ads by that deadline, stop the campaign.


other than the banner, you could change the text out in 5 minutes to comply. and apparently only Azoogle is the one company at the moment with this restriction so one could go to HydraMedia or someone else.

the timing seemed strange that you put the site up for sale the same day Azoogle made that policy change.

but i do like the site. just want buyers (including me even) to be informed.

Why would anyone buy a landing page when anyone can just rip it and reedit. Also its like any other landing page out there, even some company's with ringtones have almost exact landing pages with text and FAQ's..

 

Because *I* wrote those FAQs myself (I didn't find ANY site to have the FAQs), created the design and by ripping you are violating copyright -- for which your host can be sent a DCMA to shut down your site.

 

Um, all you have to do is change to promoting another ringtone ad. Use for example

and you can keep saying FREE!!!!!!!!

Nintendo - per the notice on the Azoogle website ALL ringtone ads run on the Azoogle network are under those restrictions.
