Rules Infraction unwarranted

    Someone please do explain to me how on earth that this was posted in the thread?

    It is not free you have to pay for it and it involves webhosting. So like I stated will a moderator explain to me on why I recieved an infraction and why my thread was moved to freebies. I mean am I missing something here?Thank you

    its pretty simple,
    anything $5 and under goes into Freebies. its been that way for over a year now. not our fault you don't know one of the simplest rules here.
