paypal dont ban

paypal just ban without vcc too.

buying vcc is risky may be seller is fake can take ur money & go.

If you dont have a credit card you cant access your paypal account.

 

then why can I access it? have you heard of the unverified type?

 

Maybe he meant that you can't withdraw your PayPal funds due to limitations.
