    Hi,

My paypal account got limit on 25th of March 2009. Now as 180 days passed, I got a mail from paypal that I can now withdraw the amount but I'm not been able to do so due to the withdrawal limit is $0.00.

    What should I do now?

Please advise if anyone can help!
If it requires some fees than please PM me.

    Thanks in advance!

After the limitation period is over, one can only withdraw paypal funds into his/her own bank account. If you are not able to do so due to no limit, I guess you have no option but to call Paypal directly and explain your position.

You might be asked to verify your account with a CC as the withdrawal limit gets lifted only with a verified status.

call them! Just as long as it has been over the 180 days they will unlock that park of your account right over the phone so that you can't use any of the other functions of the account but you will be able to do the withdraw

call Paypal and tell them that you are wiling to complete all the limited access steps to restore the account. and then complete all the steps after they unlock. Once completed and restored back to normal then you can withdraw funds or send to anywhere.

If your Paypal account is not genuine account then I would consider this as bad debt or else you can wait to find any specialist who can really deal with limited access plus not original paypal account. I know there are some people who do this for certain charges and you need to find one if this is the case.

Else, if your paypal account is permanently locked like some accounts i've seen in past then you need to contact paypal to make possible changes to withdraw the fund from your account. Paypal will not want to keep your money locked unless there is reason(s).

Remember, paypal is not here to eat up your few hundreds bucks where they are earning millions from the transaction fees. Therefore, discuss with the account specialist of Paypal over telephone.
