Good idea, really. But I think the quick approved Directory sites mostly are not good sites. And only the good directory sites can bring you a lot of traffic. Do not think the shortcuts, do you best and get a really good one.

Yeah. the directories that do approve faster tend to have bad PR and a lot of duplicitous content. My advice is to submit to the good, high PR directories in one go and just wait out whateever time they take to approve. As long as you have a decent, relevant site without too much clutter and advertising, you are bound to get approved in the end.
Fast approved directories means crap directories, there is no effect for your website. Try to get high quality directories, and you will see the true result.
