Confusion about yahoo answer

    People say that if we actively busy at yahoo answer we can get yahoo search traffic. Well how it is possible. According to my knowledge search engine rank sites according to the backlinks and we do not get any dofollow backlink by answering on yahoo answer.

    So can anyone please explain me?

    I never got any traffics from yahoo answer even after long time there. Just try to focus on google.

    Well, yahoo answers can get you traffic, but I just recommend building links instead of spending your time answering questions.

    If you don't answer questions in a good manner - then you won't be able to build good backlinks. It's as easy as that. Focus on actually answering the question, instead of spamming.

    I don't think it's worth bodering with Yahoo Answers. You spend too much time for very little value. Besides Yahoo delivers much less traffic than Google.
