Smowtion.com sucks big time. Anybody else using it?? Need alternatives

I heard from some people that smowtion.com pays better than Adbrite so I started using it on my proxified pages. But results are worst than adbrite. Anybody know a better alternative??

And another thing every time I want to use there code on another site I will have to add the site to my smowtion profile and it takes them weeks to approve sites.
So if I own hundred proxies I have to add them separately to my smowtion account and then add separate code to all sites. That's awesome isn't it??

$0.23 eCPM is not bad IMO.

 

In my expirience smowtion is quite good for my sites, i am getting around $0.35-$1.7 eCPM, and is different from site to site. In my book that is pretty good.

 

I think smowtion is good for me. I'm getting eCPM of $0.35 most of the time.
It depends on the placement of the ads.

 

Seems that the eCPM is good but, do you find that the imprs is much less than your actual page views? I only got about 2000~3000 imprs everyday but actually i have more than 30000 imprs. Lol

 

I guess their fill rate seems to be on lower side, ecpm seems to be impressive.

I usually get what they say which is 60% of the views.

 

You know, I am running proxies, putting adsense in the front pages and smowtion in both front pages and proxified pages. This month till now I got 100,000 imprs with adsense (front page only) but only 48,000 imprs with smowtion. What a fucking thing isn't it?

 

You should really be grateful that you're earning any extra revenue from the proxy browsing pages at all. Most of the time those pageviews are worthless anyway because the ad gets lost in the page, it would be foolish for any CPM company to record EVERY proxy browsing page view. You should be happy if you're getting anything over $0.05 per thousand page views. Lot's of ad networks have been dropping like flies the last year and it's got a lot more harder to make money with any website.

 

well, i am somewhat happy with smowtion, in ym best day i make 3.54$ from CTR. It justs depends on your traffic. If they click banners and register or download you take a fair amount of money!

 

No but I think it all depends on your traffic come from. Ads don't lost in any proxified pages. If you're viewing facebook then you may be interested in facebook related ads, am i right? Also, what i said is, smowtion give me a wrong status for the imprs. Lots of imprs were lost. I know some of the traffic may from asia which is totally waste of time but smowtion told me that they accept all traffic. So what? Lying?

 

All the clicks that you get from smowtion actually count towards your earnings. I got $0.38 from one click (which is wierd, but awesome) o.o
I've been getting a good $0.65 eCPM the past 3 days.

Smowtion works well for me. As other have said: count yourself lucky you're earning anything with proxy site.

 

I was actually one of the first to discover Smowtion and bring it to people's attention. I have had huge success with it over AdBrite and even xtendMedia, with an average eCPM of .12 over the last 4 months.
