Hey any exchanger accepting paypal is probably scam , cos paypal tos don't allow to exchange paypal , so be careful with sites exchanging paypal.
if u r regular user of exeauto.com and you have uploaded document on Their site and verifed , then u have no issue , if not , they might hold fund for more time , to check fraude, Most of the people who allow paypal exchange is scam, .by chatting to their online support , i hvae come to know they are only exchanger who provide PayPal exchange to libertyreserve, and they are receiving 65% farud Transcation by paypal or After getting LR ( user to charge back ) and hell lots of disputes , that might cause negative reputation but i have tried exeauto.com many time and i m regular user there ,i never face any problem Rest is upto u , i cant take further responsibility
exeauto dot com is really a scam site. Google it in google you will see lot of shock results. I agree paypal dont allow money exchange but you can find someone who you could trust and make exchange with them. That's great
