Looking for a program that pays for free signups

    Looking for program that will pay users to register for something....anything. It must be free for the user to join though. CPALead is not. Maybe just for USA visitors, but Canadians have to pay mobile charges as well as some other countries.

    It does not have to be forced like cpalead.com

    that looks nothing like what i asked for at all
    1. its on free hosting
    2. it says commission which is not the sae as what i asked for
    3. $31 from a signup they must have paid something. i said FREE signup
    4. spam your site somewhere else

    you can try co.cc and cz.cc they pay very less but they are free.
    they pay
    co.cc: 0.1$ per free domain
    cz.cc: 0.14$ per free domain
