    I applied for adsense around 3 weeks ago and got a reply from them that said:

    We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Issues:

- Domain ownership not evident

Domain ownership: To complete our review, we need to confirm your
ownership of the site you've submitted. Please follow the steps below:

1. Access the source code of rangla-5ab.com.
2. Create a separate page on the site and paste "This post confirms my
ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense program
policies and Terms and Conditions."
3. Resubmit the application as described below after replacing
rangla-5ab.com in the 'Website URL' with the URL of the page where you
have pasted the snippet.

    I wanted to confirm that should I make a page that will open on rangla-5ab.com/google(where I write "This post confirms my
    ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense program
    policies and Terms and Conditions.")?

    Wouldn't there be a problem with the above link? I ask this because in their conditions they have stated that the address of your site should be mysite.com and not mysite.com/page.

    Can anybody please assist me? I have already created a page called rangla-5ab.com/google. Should I re-submit my application with this URL?

    Well, they have said to do this. You have to follow.
    In my case they asked me to create a page and i submitted that page link through different small form provided by them. But you have to confrim the ownership.

    I think it is changed now. Follow the mail.

    Its mandatory for you to follow.... if u just upload a simple page , it wont confirm your ownership.
    you need to make a page similar to your site and write the requested line.
