Not sure why someone would need your accounts when they could just apply for their own. Unless you want to do some shady fraud. In which case you're not going to get paid so you mind as well stop wasting your time.
Rite...who's stopping me to signup for all those networks? I would understand this if they were exclusive, by invitation only etc.
I'm not suggesting they can't signup for their own accounts. Did it cross your mind that maybe i'm interested in outsourcing the campaigns ? Maybe there are people who know better PPC,better SEO , etc...
