Alright, if you want cheap then what you can do is that first select which ccTLD you want to buy. Suppose you want to buy a .SG domain. Then go to www.nic.sg and see all the authorized sellers. Where the prices might be listed or you will require to check one by one. Then you can get the cheapest one in the best confident way. www.nic.xx is usually are regular official site for every ccTLD. However, some TLDs/ccTLDs might have different name. So, if you want .us then you can go to www.nic.us. Might not be so easy but in terms of buying ccTLD, it is a good idea to save many bucks.
