    Hi,

    I'm selling another website to help pay for christmas presents !

    The website is about taking an Arctic Cruise.

    I've done absolutely nothing with this site. Since May 2009, its made $16.33.

    According to the adwords keyword tool the term "Arctic Cruise" is searched for 4,400 times a month.The Average CPC is $7.16. Competition for this keyword is also very low.

    This site will probably not last long.

    BIN is $50
    Starting Bid is $15


    Registrar: Godaddy.

    4.400 broad not exact search volume .. it's less than 800 ..

    assuming you are first in Google, assuming that every search is made by a normal searcher (not a webmaster looking for his website in the serp), assuming that every click will go to your website ranked first (ignoring the three ads by Google in the serp for this search phrase) .. you will get only 25UV daily .. a lot of work for nothing ..

    also, place the bid system if you want people to bid ..

    what a useless post :) Your logic above of 25 UV daily is presuming that the website will only ever rank for 1 keyword.

    Its my thread, so its my choice - unless I've missed something?
