    Yes PPC is pay per click advertising, however, this question has been asked hundreds, if not thousands of times on these forums. This forum has an amazing thing called a search feature, I bet you $100.00 that if you search for your title you will find countless answers. Also try google, and stop trying to bump your post count by posting forums like this.

    If you need to learn PPC try Google Adwords guide that will help you out, how to set and target keywords for the campaign and which area to be targeted..
