    you can try Digixmas for auto directory submit . but I prefer manually .

    Auto-submitter are nothing more than tools to spam people with. Your acceptance rate from using such a service will be very, very low...since actual humans aren't doing the submitting. Most submissions will be placed in inappropriate categories, or not follow each directories specific rules regarding titles and descriptions, ect. Your much more likely to have your domain/IP banned than get accepted into directories using such tools.
