Hello, I recently bought two domains, and I built a very good site on them. Both domains were for one site. Example: www.product.com and www.products.com I have let one domain redirect to the next domain. After building the entire site I found out that both domains were banned, and not listed in the search engine. ( I did site:mydomain.com at google) I have spent some time doing article submissions, directory submissions and link building. Now my question is; IS IT WORTH SPENDING MORE MONEY WITH ARTICLE SUBMISSIONS AND LINK BUILDING?
In all honesty you should've checked it before you bought them. Secondly, you need to wait for about one month and check if your website is finally indexed. You can also contract google for re-inclusion.
Yeah, I know. I admit the mistake, but I just hope I can get back into the rankings. Have you had a site that actually got back in after a month of adding content?
Sometimes it might take over 3 months. They are extremely busy, and once you fix YOUR problem, you should continue on with link building.
This is a really hard lesson in doing your research. This has happend to me also in the past and it's annoying, but I had only myself to blame. However just because those domains are currently banned doesn't mean it will remain that way for ever. Keep hold of them and give it 6 months
go to google webmaster tools and request reconsideration,,,but you must wait for 4-7 days...try this. My sites also banned on google search on few months ago.
You registered the domain yourself? Or you bought them from someone? How did you check that your domains are banned other than site:___? Are you sure your domains are banned or they are just not indexed yet? If you just registered them via some registry eg. godaddy.com and started building your fresh website. High chance is they have not been indexed yet. Do some SEO and try to get them indexed to see if they are really banned/sandboxed. It's rare to get banned, I can help you get them indexed in hours if they are not "banned/sandboxed". PM me to discuss if you want.
In all honesty I've never had a site banned in google and probably I'm not the best advisor. But as vexez correctly says it's not necessarily banned but maybe it's not indexed in google and thus doesn't come up with site:xxx.com.
i have domain banned by google too, i dont know how to make it unbanned my pr 4 drop to pr 0, 4 times update still same
I bought the domains from someone else. The domains were initially registered in 2008. I checked if they were banned by searching google with this; site:mydomain.com I have had sites indexed the next day. I never had to wait this long, I really think they might be banned. Web Archives turns up nothing when I search my domain on it. I always get my sites indexed within the first three days or so. Its been more than a week now, and google brings up no results for site:mydomain.com I am planning on sending in a reconsideration request.
those domains in the first post are examples of how his domain are and are not his domains,it says "example".
