If the transaction page on my account says seller protection not eligible, does that mean I can't get my money back if something goes wrong?

If your a buyer then you have buyer protection rights with paypal but it is hard if your a seller usually at times of chargeback you will always lost if you dont have enough data to support it

If you read it carefully, it says seller protection not eligible and not buyer! If you pay somebody, you would be a buyer and hence in case of dispute, chances of you getting back your money is high!

Yup , paypal is all for buyers , sellers do have to go the hard way to get their problem solved and seller protection is not applicable for many transactions.
