Windows xp is now somewhat outdated in the sense 2 more versions better than it has come so i would say windows 7
im still using xp i feel like if i upgrade its going to take me 6 months to learn all the new tweaks n stuff and i just dont have that time
window 7 is better , i have 4 gb ram in my pc and xp detect only 3 gb. but in window 7 it shows 4 gb , more faster more secure
I upgraded to Windows 7 yesterday and I must say I'm really impressed... its better and works faster than Win XP...
If I have a computer that has good specs, I'll go for Windows 7. They said that Windows 7 has the speed of xp and looks of vista
always thought they wouldnt be able to take ot anything better than xp. but if u get the hand of it.. 7 really is much better performance wise. its got a better feel and a good environment too.
The only thing that I don't like about Windows 7 is it's file structure ( I know Vista had a similar one but I haven't used it either ). Still on XP and not going to upgrade unless I'll figure out that I need a new laptop
just done dual boot, pretty impress with Win7 (x64) but having some driver issue My friend did the samething, without issue cause he use win7 x86
Not yet switched over to windows 7 and so can't give my personal opinion. Heard that it is better than xp and vista
My personal experience i can say Windows 7, iv tried windows xp was using it for many years then had a laptop on vista which was terrible then switched it over to windows 7 and it is just great. The speed and interface of Windows 7 is taken to another level which is what i like about it so much, although there are a few issues with softwares not compatible with windows 7 here and there but that can be easily overcome just switching the properties to run as Windows Xp or Vista.
