    Hi all,

I PM'd a user on here last week who had posted requesting to buy websites. He agreed to buy one of my sites for the amount I wanted. He then said he wanted to pay buy escrow.com which I hadnt used but I had no problem with.

However... I have just checked his feedback, 5 positives and a negative - didnt worry me too much but thought I would dig a bit further.

He used a different name (actual name, not username) on here to what the Escrow account was set up in, I have found at least 3 different addresses linked to his account, one in Caymen Islands, one in singapore and one somewhere else (cant remember now) and different email addresses between GoDaddy and Escrow. He told me he hadnt been online because he was studying, then he told me it was because he was in the military - so now im very concerned this guy may be a scammer.

Escrow have received the money and he wants me to complete as quick as possible. Do you think the above are enough to warrant cancelling the sale?

    Cheers, Shane

escrow should protect buyer and seller, no matter how strange they are, thats why you pay escrow fees, isn't it?
