    Hi ..

    I'll keep it short ..

    http://www.youtips.net/ has now a web directory section: http://www.youtips.net/directory/

    the directory is PR2 ( http://www.youtips.net/directory/ ), all categories have at least PR1 .. "Education tips" category is PR2 for example ..

    You can submit your website, only if it's not EXCLUSIVELY commercial .. You need to have some sort of information given for free in your website .. If it's not commercial at all , then I'll accept it ..

    I'll review and accept links during the week .. maybe today ..

    There is a vote system in the directory, you can place a vote button in your website so you can stay easily in the first page and get PR2 link + traffic .. but it's optional of course ..

    it's easy to stay in the top with some votes as I will not promote the directory cause I'm focusing on a new improvements to make ..

    I'll review some websites today and maybe I'll accept yours.

    when the Topsite will be ready to be promoted, I'll send a newsletter for webmasters so they can place the badge .. the main site will be at least PR5 the next update so it will be interesting for listed websites ..
