Will there be any legal issues?

 

I cannot obviously offer legal advice, however, my belief is that if I am not pretending I am a division of, or a representation of Marvel, then I don't suspect there would be issues. There may be specific stipulations where I cannot promote the Marvel.com affiliate program, like the way eBay prevents affiliates from doing so. eBay won't let any domain containing the word "ebay" display auctions to earn an affiliate income.

MarvelComicBooks.org is clearly a fan site and comic book review site. It probably wouldn't hurt to put a statement near the top saying "not affiliated with Marvel.com".
