Selling $130/month....8000 unique visitors per month...established 2.5 year old blog.

I havent logged on digitalpoint for over a year. When I started I didnt quite know how it worked and I had bid on something without giving much attention and then won. I didnt pay and then person gave me negative feedback, hence my -1 itrader. Not sure how important itrader is here, but I wanted to clear that. Im a very honest person and have 100% feedback on ebay and everwhere else. Anyways, I will be selling this site with escrow so I hope thats a good option for you guys.

The website in question here is succeedwiththis.com.

Succeedwiththis.com is a blog thats around 2.5 years old. It has original content only. It has been on frontpage of digg a few times, and also has popular posts on stumbleupon. At the moment, the site is making an average of $130 a month from clickbank with 8000 unique visitors a month. I have posted all screenshots.
I removed advertising at the moment so it doesnt distract the site during the sale. The advertising is just a banner that I have on the botton of all posts. Im sure it can make more money with more advertising options like adsense and/or more testing, all im doing at the moment is putting a banner I created and linking it to clickbank. I haven't tried anything else, but with some testing, the revenue can easily be increased im certain.
A big part of the clickbank sales are with the post, "9 reasons why an apple a day really keeps the doctor away". This is one of the articles that has been dugg around 1 year ago or so. This page alone receives around 50 uniques a day from google with the backlinks it collected when it had been dugg. I am selling health related products from clickbank. There is a wide variety of them on clickbank as you probably already know. The rest of the site's traffic is very diversified.

The reason it has pagerank 0 is because I wasnt monetizing the site up till 3 months ago, and since I wasnt making money of it, I had stopped paying hosting for 6 months prior that.
See screenshot 1. So during 6 months the site was off, and then one day I decided to put the site back on. The following days that the site was back on, the traffic started back just like before, almost no change, and for 3 months straight now and it keeps going. I was very surprised, the only thing is that the pagerank didnt come back with it. I'm sure it will be back at some point.

Another thing to consider is that I haven't updated the site since March 2008, not a single post! And it hasn't affected the traffic whatsoever. So this is basically autopilot.

Im selling it because I wanna start a new website from scratch with all the knowledge I have amassed, and I need money to buy a new premium domain. And I'd like to do that before 2010! I have set my new years goal already and need some start up cash so I can start as soon as possible!!

Like mentionned above, it makes money with a banner I put under the posts that link to clickbank. I average 130$ for the last 3 months. I said that had removed the advertising during the sale for better viewing of the site to the buyer since you might want to make your own type of advertising.

As for stability, i think the stats above speak for the themselves. The traffic is a steady 7000-9000 months uniques months after months even after it was down for 6 months.
