Best RSS Feed Directories for SEO?

HI guys,

Im looking for a list of 10 or 20 rss feed directories that I can submit my sites rss feed to for a quick SEO boost.

Anyone know of some good ones?

I was searching google for "rss feed good for seo" and found a few topics and this thread is one of them. So is it a good idea to submit rss feeds or it's really considered duplicate content?

 

Blog Catalog for sure has given me the best results. Sometimes it even shows up BEFORE my website in the search engine.. lol.

Kev is right those three give the most traffic. The others listed might send a few pages views but do the big three first.
