    I am selling this site generally because lack of time It is a good site on excellent niche.

    Some info:
    - more han 40 backlinks
    - SEO optimized
    - AdSense optimized
    - custom header

    Site is live for mont only, but it's indexed well in Google. After only a month it's pretty good positioned on search engines for some keywords.

    Revenue - assumme not much in first month.

    If you consider no SEO done, competence of more than 7 millions sites and only a month old site, I think it is a good result.. And I said pretty high. :)

    I agree it's not something you would be satisfied with, but with a little more sao and fresh content, SERP will rise. :)
