I get the play on words in your tag line - but you need to think of the visitor first - what will they get if they stay and read your blog? WIIFM (what's in it for me?) Be very clear about your topic of conversation and niche down your target audience ... then all things will grow as they should. Final tip - make the first paragraph in your about page entirely focused on the visitor - give them what they want before you share your story.
Edited the About me page and added the Conatact us page. I'm still confused with the niche between Webmaster blog or a general blog. Thats why i have put a common title for my site.
The site outlook is very clean and eye catching. A lot of useful article. I think the latest offer on the right side need to make it a little bit smaller so it fixed to the frame.
