    Some sites cache PR. If the cache is different then it's safe to assume your PR4 is new.

    But it probably isn't.

    But the site is down for 2 months at that time PR dropped to PR 0....

    i started my sites again just 20 days before.Is my site Pr is not real?

    Please review my PR .The site is in my signature.

    My friend's http://royalmarket.co.uk went to PR3, but all my projects have the same PR. even if there is update it's not big one - just small one for some sites.

    Google updates PR every now and then (i am talking about minor PR changes). So thats not a big issue.
