    I had tried to submit my site in DMOZ but they did not give me approval. After your listing I am inspired and start one more time.

    I wouldn't if you have submitted already that is enough, if it is listable then it waits for an editor review if it is not then sending it again will not help you and could delay it being reviewed and possibly you could get a ban for spamming.
