For a person living in India, web sites and blogs have to be at least 6 months old before you can apply for Google Adsense. If you apply before 6 months, they would simple reject your application.

I guess you can start with approving blogger blogs usually they approve them faster at the same time they doesn't require much from it .I mean I remember approving new blogs but obcourse with unique contents in adsense and it is approved easily.

Yes. Google will send you an email with the reason why they are rejecting your application. You work on that suggestion and re-apply. I think you cannot apply more than once in three months if they reject your application.

Most of my friends from India told me that their application for a google adsense account has been rejected. I believe that google simply doesnt allow any more users from India.. Is this true?

just try and send the application. you never know until you try. stop following all these advice since they are not from google. Ask google yourself is the best answer.

    thanks

There are couple of instructions there that are all easy to follow. Though the most important thing that they're strict about is how you provide relevant and original content on your website because that's how they're going to base the ads. Abide with the rules and provide patience waiting for your account to get approved.
