I'm live in Srilanka. However Srilanka is a paypal's 'send only country' and can not get funds to my Srilankan Paypal account from another paypal acc. So I have an Indian account, but not verified yet. Now I need to make online payments and buy something on ebay. So I needed my account to be verified. I decided to go for a VCC option to verify it. My question is, is it wise to use a fake indian address to verify a Paypal acc ? Is paypal actually concern about address ?

its a tricky question which you must have thought before accumulating cash in an unverified account. the avenues you could proceed is risky and not rewarding. Try your luck
Unverified paypal accounts do have a sending limit of $ 500 and hence you can very well spend this money from your 'Indian' paypal account to buy things/services online. Be quick to do the same, before paypal comes to know of your destination country and limits your account. Regards, RightMan
since ur is a "send only country" and u want to buy something through e-bay . i dnt understand where is the confusion. u can jst verify ur sri lankan PP with a VCC. and never use account of different address to buy produncts thorugh e-bay they do the confirmation with paypal and e-bay addressed.
Sending limit for unverified indian account is $100 or $500 ?? As per my knowledge its $100 lifetime sending limit. DON.
Yea if you have a paypal issue get a merchant account. Cheaper, easier to get approved, and more legit.
Actually before two days ago I get verified my newly created Indian Paypal address through VCC. It funded through another unverified Indian Paypal. It's true that there's a risk of doing that but I don't have an alternative solution than this.
