Getting approved in adsense with a blogger blog is tough for asian people. may be because of bad experience adsense had with this geographical area like invalid clicks. For getting approved u need to spend some bucks. buy a 6+ months old .info domain for cheap, write some content(10-15 pages atleast) add an attractive layout, get it indexed then apply and you will be approved

Well, you can try with godaddy.com. This host company have lots of websites for sale You can try and get another domain there. The price are relatively cheap. Maybe $11 per year
Hey, Well for adsense you should advertise your link on some website. Then move traffic and at least you should have 16 post. They will take a look to your application and then they will approve. So do some good post relevent to your topic and never go for invalid clicks. Best of luck.
I think your PC IP address has been identified as a threat link. Maybe you should try and use anothe PC with different IP address. If this doesn't work then you try and create a website like from godaddy.com and later request for adsense code
