Have been smoking for the past 5 years. Not sure whether I want to quit or not .. more likely I just don't care about it.
I would never smoke. I find it dirty and repulsive. I look at it this way: pay $50.00 a week on cigarettes and destroy your body or keep the $50.00 and your body is healthy. Why would you even start?! What's wrong with you people?!
Ouw yeah while I've been smoking since I was 6 or more brackets 7 years ......... with smoke and a cup of coffee sitting in front of the computer I get fresh ideas xixixiixix
It is ~8 month since my last cigarette, I was smoking almost 10 years and then somehow I managed to quit it. I was smoking 30-50 ciggies a day so it definitely was damaging my health.
I quit smoking almost a year and a half ago. It was one of the hardest decisions of my life, and I still have occasional cravings to this day. Nicotine is a helluva drug. Or, I think it's more of the psychological stress relief affect. Either way, it's a damn hard crutch to give up.
I predict that in about 100-200 years from now, there will be only a fraction of regular smokers in the world compared to today. If there are approximately 20%-25% smokers in US and Europe, this number will drop to 1-5% or less.
Well I only smoke around 2-4 cigarettes a week and that too only when I am drinking, is that dangerous? Thanks
