Temporary Hold On Payment - Inquiry by PayPal !!!

    this is the second email am getting from paypal

    i sold e-book. I don't know what to choose (I haven't shipped the item yet, I gave him/her a refund...) and right now the status is Awaiting Seller's Response.

    which option should i choose? what will happen if i dont respond? will my paypal be limited? btw mine is verified using vcc, so am screwed if this happens!

    what should i do so i wont be limited or get suspicious? :confused:

    Well call up PayPal and tell them the exact situation you are in and also let them know that you dealt in digital product and you did not ship anything.Also speak with buyer and ask him if he can help you with this.

    They will also take some info from buyer...
    Tell him to do it and then just call PP once and you will get it. :)

    they will help you if you call them, maybe they think there is a suspecious activity like login in from different IP

    It is much better to call paypal and tell them that your selling digital products or probably asked for your buyer . He might be the one who chargeback your account.
