Easy $35 Widget Design Contest (Uncoded)

So, I am using a money currency widget that is absolutely hideous in design (see image below). I am wanting a new design of the widget. I actually need two sizes, but for this contest will only require one size (400 width--height doesn't matter). The second design is the same design just smaller. I need all the same fields you see in the widget below, but it needs to look a lot better (and the fields have to fit inside the design! Unlike what you currently see). @technoguy: This looks great! No changes needed. I am curious, though, how you would incorporate this design into the second design which is the same thing but the width is 200.

@shinan: Thanks for posting your design. I like this but have a few changes. First, I don't care for the color green. Could you have the widget either red or blue. Also, I would remove the $ symbol in the right hand corner since this is an international widget. I would also remove the "=" and just have calculate rate. Finally, do you know where I get the icons for all the countries? This widget supports 183 countries and I would need to have a flag for each country. Hope this helps. Thanks! ~Paul

@Chewysmom: Thanks for your submission. I wouldn't put arrows on the amount and total. Hope this helps.

@shinan: I like this design much better! I only recommend that you take the "sparkle" off of Currency Exchange. Other than that I really like this.

@jackieh1791: You can really choose whatever colors. I just don't care for faded green. Your design is okay, but to win I would add a little more design. The current design is to simple. Hope this helps.
