If I visit the page it tells me that I'm not logged in. But after clicking at partners I'm suddenly logged in and it works. I think itt is a bug.

As for the rates, you can find rate table on our website at http://uploading.com/partners/. We pay for file downloads from 36 countries, we pay for all successful downloads including non-unique ones also.

You can request a payment once your balance reaches 30 USD, payout requests are processed within 7 says. We can pay via Epassporte, AlertPay, PayPal and Webmoney systems.
