    Most of those in line text ads network don't work well for the website but infolinks is still worth a try.

    Depends on what kind of site you have... for image or video populated site, yes, they do not worth but for forum and blog sites... generally they do pay well...

    I personally dont like clicksor, ive had bad experiences with them and i dont even think they have inline ads.
