Yes mens law all in the name of Allah. How wrong is that?

I feel overwhelmed with joy at times, to know what kind of 72 virgins these men will get on the other side. And what they all will do to him.

Get me my lounge chair, hot chocolate and my popcorn, cause this will be one show I will not want to miss.

Especially when he will find out all 72 virgins got a little action(poon tang) waiting for his lazy ass to make it to the other side

What kind of trial did this woman get?
What is their definition of adultery?
What kind of evidence did they present at the trial?
Was she given an opportunity to respond to the charges?
What's her side of the story?
Did some guy force himself on her and now she's guilty?
    Did she have a lawyer?
Does her husband just want to get rid of her?

    It is possible she's innocent.

A possibility that I'm sure will be looked into as the rocks are banging against her head.

Of course she didn't have a real trial. Everyone knows how these things work.

You ever considered looking this up yourself instead of having these answers hand-fed to you? That's a lot of questions.

And a lawyer in a country like that simply isn't practical. It wouldn't help you anyway.

Oh please. I don't expect you to look up anything on my behalf.

These are rhetorical questions, designed to promote thought and discussion.

I'm sure they have lawyers in Iran, I'm just wondering if she had one.

I am thankful that my children will not have to live under Islamic Law. However, if the country keeps heading the way its heading then maybe we will all be under Islamic law. As the war against Christianity in our society continues the greater the likelyhood that we will be forced to worship Allah or be executed.

I'm not worried about Islamic law. I'm worried about fundamentalist christian laws.

What in particular? I have no fear of any Christians...Perhaps it's because I know many and they've never done me wrong....*shrug*

We haven't been describable overly religious as a country since the early puritans. That's when you could be burnt at the stake and such (for being a 'witch').

Abortion and gay marriage come to mind ... not that I'm particularly worried about either... but they are greatly influenced by the nutty religous groups...

So you'd also rather live under a society that'd see you killed? Instead of not being be able to have an abortion or marry a dude?

Rick asked what in particular.... I gave a few examples.

I'm not worried about islamic law... not when the majority of the country I'm living in is chrisitans.

And either of those are far worse than being killed. Personally, I find it amazing that you don't chime in when someone posts that you are a specific target of islamists. But very quick to chime in when someone asks what you don't like about christians. That was my point. Got pretty mad fast, too.

Too close to him, we know.

Hey what happened to Arasp, the Islamic poster that was getting all worked up in this thread and then disappeared after the 20th of this month. Hope he's not in Guantanamo Bay.

That's the thing...I don't think there isn't anything to worry about when it comes to Christians...unless your highly paranoid.
