wow, very helpful article for sure, I once used 301 to redirect my old site to a new domian, and, it ended up as a tragedy.

 

301 and Google WMT to notify of this change. then tell all who linked to you that you've moved.

Nice post for novice guys! But no matter what way you look at it, you will lose traffic.
