    I'm looking to sell www.CelebSneak.com

    Bought this site at SitePoint long time back for 475 USD. See listing here: http://flippa.com/auctions/69079

    Since then I gave a great makeover to the site by changing to a customized them, added auto blogging plugin system and a little bit of SEO work. Did all this in 1 week and the traffic increased in the next 2 months. Made around 100-110 USD with Adsense in that month.

    Now I stopped posting as I got busy with other works and now the traffic has dropped. If the new owner could start posting again, my new Adsense positions will get you a CTR of above 50% and Adsense could make you several hundred dollars each month.

    Selling it for just 100 dollars. Yes, at a loss from 475 USD but I'm just clearing my inventory to focus my other projects. Some lucky winner could take the gain from my loss.

    Where did you get the pics for the site? Do you have the rights to publish those pics, or were they just taken from other sites without permission? (No offense meant, but a lot of people think they can just take images from other sites, so I'd like to make sure that you have the rights to these images.)

    @novashun: Why not we do it like this?? Use an Escrow service. You can pay the fee from additional 50 your willing to offer me and take the site just at my asking price of 100 USD so either of us will be safe.

    That's ok, the images are probably stolen from other sites since he conveniently dodged that question. I suspected this was the case anyway.
