Are you kidding?! Change template! It's not about medicine and flu especially. Content is pretty good, but place ad Sense not in the beginning of page but in the middle.
agreed with what prot said. If you want to appear to be an expert on that topic, you need to have a somewhat professional look to it. People have expectations for certain categories that they are looking for. If you want to be the one to break the mold, you'll spend a lot of time and money doing so.

The contents are interesting and useful and iam not aware of most of the informations.But the theme is not suited for your blog and need a unqiue and good looking theme.
Definitely change your topic, otherwise your content doesn't appear to be credible to your readers. Futhermore, your adsense integration isn't well done and I feel it is costing you traffic. Rather than being presented with knowledgable information on the topic, the user is barraged with advertisements when they get onto your website, and may consequently leave because you haven't made a quick and effective enough impression. I like the design, pictures and video. But much of the verbage is incomprehensible. You can get an English speaker to review the text inexpensively. I know you`re mostly hoping people don`t stick around and instead click off to an ad, though, so it may be money wasted. Google doesn`t understand grammar - just keywords!
Just left a comment, I think there is too much adsense, it shouts out how much money you want to make, I would go for a 420 by 90 banner above your post only, it just looks to salesy.
