How do you get listed at the top of a Google Search?

Hi

My question is if you get a domain e.g. "coffeeforfree.com", will you get to the top of a "Coffee for free" Google Search?

And is it quicker if you have an older domain name?

All ideas/suggestions appreciated.

 

you definitely get an advantage due to the keyphrase in the domain but others can beat you if they get more quality links compared to what you are able to generate

 

It is also better if you have the targeted keyword in the url .But You should definitely add the targeted keywords in the title.

Are 2-3 yr old domains worth more? Or are the 10 yr old domains that actually make the big bucks?

Ok, Google is based all around link popularity, who links to you, what anchor text you use, and how all that combined measures up against your site content.

If you want to get listed as #1, youre going to want to work on all the above, and do it gradually over time. There are plenty of methods and ways that you can do that, one that I recommend is The SEO Method which is in my sig, but yeah, there are a ton of ways, that is one, and that one works very well for me.

If this key phrase have lowest competition level, it might be easy for you to rank high.

There are maybe 200+ points taken into consideration to get our site rank higher in SERP ranking in Google.

This may be one of it, but you need to take care the other 199+ points as well to get first ranking.

 

the best way to be on google's top page is to create as many backlinks you can. create articles with your keyword on it, then submit it to blog sites.

 

right , you still need do much SEO work even you have this domain

 

Keyword at domain is great helpful for SEO, but its not the primary factor for SEO, I think that you have to build may relevant inbound link to your sites. Try to get link from the sites that not much spamming, submit article to article directories and do all that required for SEO.

All of them must be checked and carried out properly and I believe you will get to the top soon

 

The main advantage from an aged domain is the authorite you will have. For example if you get 500 backlinks to a new domain you will be sandboxed but if the 500 backlinks are for an aged domain you will be safe.

 

It's one point for get top of SERPs.
