It's really easy and quick to do and it's free. yea, tubemogul is a good way of getting hits, one time upload there and your vids will shared automatically to most video sharing sites. nice service also if you have a good n unique vids, i recommend metacafe, they have video panel to selecting the valuable vid, if selected, they will put yours as ''prominently featured video". believe me, you'll get a great maximum exposure... i have one video as 'prominently video' and got 11k views in 3 days... hope its useful, sorry for misspelled
