    Hi to all,

I have a list of my existing customer and some new ones, now I want to send mail or can say catalog explaining my Company's services through Outlook. The design/ matter will be one MS Word.
Now my question is if I will send mails to more than 500 new and existing customers then, is there any possibility that my website will be ban by Google?

Your question was a little hard to understand. From what I have gathered, you are wanting to know if by sending 500 emails to your current subscribers, whether or not you will get banned by google?

First and foremost, I dont see why Google would ban anyone who participates in any kind of newsletter system with their memgbers who have chosen to be on their list. If you are heavily concerned about it, I would recommend using a newsletter system for this, as they are kept on a different domain altogether, but yea, I really dont believe that it would hurt your Google rank.

Anyone can feel free to correct me if I am wrong though.

Thanks for the reply. Actually I mean to say that the existing customer will get my mails in inbox but the new customer will get that in their spam folder so if I will send more spaming mails(as the new customer will find my mails in spam) then does it could hurt me in any way?

No, I dont see how it could affect your Google Rank. UNless there is a method that you are using that you are not making us aware of, it should be clean.

Only if it goes about things the wrong way. There are plenty of god paid and free mailing services out there that will provide such a service.

Oh, that makes sense now. haha Yeah, I would suggest sending out your mailing list via gmail. Could pose problems. I would recommend using somewhere like Your Mailing List Provider, they are quite good bang for buck, and fairly cheap as well. They have a free option also for those who dont need to send many e-mails out in a month.
